When it comes to March, it’s prudent just to write in Kentucky and enjoy the free points in your NCAA Tournament bracket. Though the Wildcats are “down” this season (by their own standards, at least), they’re still one of the most dangerous teams in the country. And, shocker, they’re putting the pieces together at the perfect time.
With sophomore Tyler Ulis evolving into one of the scarier scorers in the country, No. 4 seed Kentucky should breeze past No. 13 seed Stony Brook and into a second-round matchup with the Indiana Hoosiers. But the America East Conference champs shouldn’t be an easy out by any standard.
