No baseball is safe when Bryce Harper is at the plate.

The reigning National League Most Valuable Player electrified baseball last season with his 42 home runs for the Washington Nationals, and he might just top that mark in 2016 based on his first at-bat of the year.

Harper drilled a two-run home run off Atlanta Braves ace Julio Teheran in the top of the first inning Monday, giving the Nationals an early 2-0 lead over their NL East foe.
