Mike Trout might be the best baseball player on the planet right now. And as he showed Tuesday, he’s not too shabby at hoops, either.
Trout and several of his Los Angeles Angels teammates swung by Golden State Warriors practice before their Tuesday night matchup with the A’s in Oakland, and the 2014 American League MVP stole the show by throwing down a dunk and then taking down Draymond Green in a game of “PIG” (an abbreviated version of “HORSE”).

Draymond tied Kevin Hart in a 3-pt shootout but Mike Trout is an accomplished athlete. "He is amazing. Good shot too…My pride's not hurt."

Trout also exchanged a jersey and a handshake with Golden State’s own MVP, Stephen Curry, who earned the NBA’s top individual honor in 2015 and is a near lock to do so again this season.

Curry reportedly got the better of Trout in “PIG” but came out on the losing end against a more unheralded Angel, veteran reliever Joe Smith.

A more important game awaits Curry & Co. on Wednesday night: The 72-9 Warriors will look to set a new NBA single-season record for wins as they host the Memphis Grizzlies in their regular-season finale.
