The Boston Red Sox-New York Yankees rivalry might not be as heated as it was a decade or so ago, but Yankees fans still are not too fond of David Ortiz.
Buffalo Wild Wings recently asked a few Bronx Bombers supporters to share their feelings about the retiring Red Sox slugger. The catch: Ortiz was waiting in the other room, resulting in some high-speed backtracking once the Yanks fans realized Big Papi had been listening to them bash him.
Rival team fans reaction when they see me … 😱 😳 😂 @BWWings & I pulled off this fun surprise. Watch: https://t.co/nuIZ3spGXL #ad

Ortiz has been a human wrecking crew through the first two months of his final major league season, leading the majors in doubles, RBIs, slugging percentage and OPS entering Saturday.
The Yankees have not been exempt from this onslaught, as the 40-year-old designated hitter has gone 8-for-24 with five home runs in six games against the pinstripes.
