If MLB is really interested in speeding up the game, it should consider eliminating the need to actually throw four pitches for an intentional walk (especially in games featuring Bryce Harper).
Tonight’s Dunkin’ Donuts poll asked whether pitchers actually should have to throw those pitches, or if the batter should just be awarded the base.
