Tom Brady’s Expensive ‘Nutrition Manual’ Not Your Average Celebrity Cookbook

Eating like Tom Brady isn’t cheap, but it just might pay off.

The New England Patriots quarterback has designed a cookbook and put it on sale on his website. Brady’s diet manual offers buyers 89 “seasonally inspired recipes” and “information about our core TB12™ nutritional philosophies.”

All for the low, low price of $200.

Yes, we said $200. For a cookbook.

In Brady’s defense, the manual is hand-bound (by Brady, perhaps?) in a natural maple cover and printed on heavy-duty text paper.

The Brady diet could have you ready for training camp and the hard slog that is a season of professional football. That is, if you’re willing to give up carbs, white sugar and flour and pretty much everything else you enjoy eating — on top of the two C-notes it will cost to get your hands on the book itself.
