C.C. Sabathia Trips, Falls Off Mound In Hilarious Balk During Yankees-Orioles
C.C. Sabathia probably has thrown hundreds of thousands of pitches without incident — probably because he usually finishes what he starts.
The New York Yankees pitcher failed to do both Thursday when he hilariously tripped and fell off the mound against the Baltimore Orioles.
Umpires called a balk on Sabathia in one of this season’s most obvious decisions.
Not that Orioles baserunner Chris Davis needed any help reaching second base in this instance.
