Major League Baseball’s non-waiver trade deadline is rapidly approaching, and buyers and sellers are starting to be more clearly defined.

Ultimately, the goal for sellers is to kickstart a rebuild and get something of value for the player they’re trading away. But is it worth doing so at the cost of improving a division rival?
