Portugal Kid Comforts Crying Older France Fan In Euro 2016 Final’s Best Video

Sometimes we all need a reminder that even the biggest soccer game still is just a game.

A young Portugal fan did his best Sunday at a fan zone in France when he comforted a supporter of the France team that Portugal had just beaten to win the Euro 2016 final.

The much older France fan was distraught until the younger Portugal fan approached him, said some calming words and sent him off with a hug.

Euro 2016 has provided us with a host of videos of fans’ various experiences, but this one best reflects the spirit of the recently concluded competition.
