“I play Madden, I (expletive) love Madden,” Bryant said. “They would do me like that? Oh my God. That is an insult, like why would you do that to me? How much I love y’all. Like what? Not John Madden, because I love him. It’s the (video game) developers.”
In fairness, Bryant probably should be rated higher than A.J. Green, Larry Fitzgerald and Alshon Jeffery. All three receivers are above him.
Luckily for Bryant, EA Sports does many roster updates for the game throughout the season, several of which are highlighted by ratings changes. He probably won’t be a 90 when the season ends, as long as he’s healthy.
