Patriots Awarded Fourth-Round Compensation Pick For 2018 NFL Draft

The New England Patriots can add another draft pick to their arsenal this spring.

Thirty-two compensatory draft picks were awarded to 15 NFL teams Friday, and the Patriots landed a fourth-round selection, coming in at No. 136 overall.

In addition to the new fourth-round selection, the Patriots own a first-rounder (31st overall), two second-round picks (No. 43, No. 63), a third-rounder (No. 95) and a sixth-round pick (No. 191).

Some notable players the Patriots have selected via compensatory picks in recent drafts include defensive linemen Vincent Valentine and Geneo Grissom, offensive linemen Ted Karras and Cameron Fleming and linebacker Elandon Roberts.

The 2018 NFL Draft will be held April 26 through April 28 at AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys.
