The 2018 NCAA Tournament officially begins at 12:15 p.m. ET on Thursday, when No. 7 seed Rhode Island battles No. 10 seed Oklahoma in a Midwest Region matchup.
The tourney’s opening game should be a good one: The experienced Rams are the Atlantic 10 runners-up but will have their hands full with Sooners star Trae Young.
