Bruins Injuries: Bruce Cassidy Provides Updates On Riley Nash, Tommy Wingels

The Boston Bruins have battled injuries throughout the season, but it appears they could be regaining full health at the perfect time.

The Bruins hold a commanding 2-0 lead over the Toronto Maple Leafs in their first-round Stanley Cup playoff series, and they might be receiving a major boost for Game 3 on Monday at Air Canada Centre in the form of Riley Nash, who suffered a head injury March 31.

Nash’s potential return would leave Bruins head coach Bruce Cassidy with a tough decision, especially considering Tommy Wingels could be available after being the victim of a brutal Nazem Kadri hit in Game 1. That said, it seems as though Cassidy already is leaning in a certain direction.

The Bruins have maintained consistent success this season despite frequent mixing and matching of the lineup, so another adjustment should be no issue for the Black and Gold.
