The Boston Red Sox have started out their season on a high note, losing just two games since Opening Day.

Much of the success has been due to the depth of the Sox’s pitching staff, a group that currently has a 2.01 ERA — the lowest in the MLB.  Rick Porcello, in particular, has been a huge asset to Boston’s rotation. Our NESN crew sat down with Alex Speier from the Boston Globe to talk more about Porcello’s learning curve in the big leagues.

To hear was Speier had to say, check out the “Red Sox First Pitch” video above, presented by Men’s Wearhouse.
