It’s been a busy past few days for the Boston Red Sox.
Aside from the big league club taking care of business on the diamond, the Red Sox have been fully engaged in the 2018 MLB Draft.
While there’s a good chance you haven’t heard of many the players drafted by Boston in this year’s class, there’s always a chance that one, or several, of the players selected could become household names like Mookie Betts and Andrew Benintendi.
Prior to Wednesday’s game against the Detroit Tigers, Red Sox president and CEO Sam Kennedy caught up with NESN’s Tom Caron to give a behind-the-scenes look at the team’s draft process.
To hear what Kennedy had to say, check out the video above from “Red Sox Gameday Live,” presented by DCU.
