There has been quite a bit of chatter revolving around changing the rules of a Major League Baseball game, whether it’s the pace of play, limiting mound visits or trying to eliminate defensive shifts.

During the MLB Winter Meetings in Las Vegas, NESN’s Tom Caron caught up with Boston Red Sox president of baseball operations Dave Dombrowski to discuss some potential rule changes in 2019.
