Tom Brady and Danny Amendola apparently will have to work really, really hard Sunday to set aside their fond feelings for one another.
Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are set to take on the Detroit Lions in the penultimate week of the NFL season. The matchup will be a reunion of sorts for Brady and Amendola, who, of course, played together on the New England Patriots.
On Wednesday, Brady took to Instagram for his weekly "On to (insert opponent)" Instagram post.
That prompted a joke in the comments section from Amendola, who apparently is ready to host Brady.
"Garage code is 8080... towels in the closet. Lights out by 10pm. 🤙🏼"
Bucs-Lions will kick off Saturday at 1 p.m. ET.
