Red Sox Will Attempt To Break Home-Game Slump Vs. Athletics On Wednesday

The Red Sox are looking for more success at Fenway Park

The Boston Red Sox are back in action.

Boston will try to break out of its early-season slump Wednesday at Fenway Park as they take on the Oakland Athletics in Game 2 of the three-game series.

Boston has impressed on the road so far in 2021, boasting a 12-5 record along with a starting pitching ERA of 2.91. But the team hasn’t been as fortunate at home with a 10-10 record.

The Red Sox’s offense actually has performed better at home so far as opposed to on the road. So, it hasn’t equated many victories for Boston.
