Mike Pereira has been assessed an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty after his bizarre facial expression was caught on camera during Sunday's Week 10 game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Seattle Seahawks.
Pereira, a former vice president of NFL officiating who now works as a rules analyst for FOX Sports, was caught sticking his tongue out when he appeared on the NFL Network broadcast. Pereira was brought onto the broadcast for consultation on a specific Seahawks' fourth-quarter touchdown, and after giving his take, he clearly did not think he still was on screen.

Fortunately for Pereira that wasn't the only embarrassing moment to come out of the Bucs-Seahawks game. Tampa Bay quarterback Tom Brady also was the butt of jokes after falling on his face during a trick-play attempt.
