Boston Bruins fans collectively held their breath when Charlie McAvoy took a stick to the face during Tuesday night’s loss to the Nashville Predators at TD Garden.

McAvoy avoided a serious injury and stayed in the game after the incident to the relief of Bruins fans everywhere.
