Athletics Pitching Prevents Red Sox Comeback In Oakland

The Red Sox are 4-2 this season vs. the Athletics

The Boston Red Sox rallied, but ultimately fell, 6-5, to the Oakland Athletics on Wednesday.

In the sixth inning, Oakland relief pitcher Angel Felipe was brought in to get his team out of a jam and struck out both Connor Wong and Triston Casas to prevent the chance for the Sox to catch up.

The Red Sox look to shake off this series loss as they head back home to face the New York Mets at Fenway Park on Friday.
