The Houston Texans dominated every aspect of the game in Week 6, defeating the New England Patriots 41-21 at Gillette Stadium.

There’s no preexisting rivalry between the clubs, especially with the AFC teams heading in different directions — the Texans at 5-1 and the Patriots at 1-5. That didn’t stop the Texans from having a little fun after a clear victory.

“DID OUR JOB!!” Houston’s social team shared via X.

The post is in reference to the “Do Your Job” mantra the Patriots championed for two decades with six Super Bowl titles under former head coach Bill Belichick. The new regime in New England could not be more different from the Belichick days as Sunday’s loss extended a home losing streak to eight consecutive games.

The Patriots head to London to take on the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 7 while the Texans stay on the road with a trip to Green Bay to battle the Packers.
