The Red Sox will try to halt a losing streak at two games Wednesday night when they host the rival Blue Jays.

After sitting out Tuesday’s loss to Toronto, Wilyer Abreu and Triston Casas will be back in Boston’s starting lineup for Game 3 of the series at Fenway Park. Abreu will be flanked by Kristian Campbell, who’s set to take over for Ceddanne Rafaela in center field. In turn, David Hamilton will play second base and bat eighth in his fifth start of the season.

Alex Cora will send Tanner Houck to the mound for his home debut of the young campaign. Houck didn’t have his best stuff in either of his first two starts, which limited him to a combined 9 2/3 innings in which he allowed seven runs on 12 hits. The right-hander will be opposed by two-time All-Star Kevin Gausman, who’s coming off a loss against the New York Mets last Friday.
