The Boston Red Sox and the Chicago White Sox will kick off a four-game series Friday evening at Fenway Park.

Alex Bregman will be back in Alex Cora’s starting nine after a brief stint on the paternity list. The veteran third baseman will share an infield with Trevor Story, Kristian Campbell and Romy González, who will replace Triston Casas at first base with a lefty on the mound for the visitors. Similarly, Wilyer Abreu will begin the opener on the bench while Rob Refsnyder mans right field.

The aforementioned southpaw is Martín Pérez, who returns to the city where he played the 2020 and 2021 seasons. The 34-year-old has been one of the few early-season bright spots for the South Siders, who saw Pérez pitch a combined 17 innings while allowing only three runs over his first three starts. He’ll be opposed by Hunter Dobbins, who pitched five frames of two-run ball in his MLB debut on April 6.

Here are the full lineups for Friday’s White Sox-Red Sox game, which will have full coverage on NESN beginning at 5:30 p.m. ET.
