The odds are in Peyton Manning’s favor.
According to Bovada, the Denver Broncos quarterback has the best odds to win the NFL’s MVP award this season as of Aug. 13. Manning won the award after the Broncos’ record-setting performance last season and has won the title a total of five times in his career — the most in NFL history.
Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson and Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson are the only non-quarterbacks with top-10 odds to win the MVP title this season.
New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, who has won the award twice, made the top four with his odds, below the Green Bay Packers’ Aaron Rodgers and the New Orleans Saints’ Drew Brees.
