FanDuel Wild Card Round Fantasy Lineup: Kirk Cousins, Antonio Brown Among Best Picks
FanDuel is giving disappointed fantasy football players a chance to close out the 2015 NFL season with some prizes.
Your yearlong fantasy league might be over, but one-week games on FanDuel, including those for Wild Card Weekend, are still going on.

Quarterback: Kirk Cousins, Washington Redskins ($8,000)
Cousins has been one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL over the last seven weeks, with 19 touchdown passes and just two interceptions in that span. The Green Bay Packers had a top-15 passing defense this season, but Cousins is playing at home and no quarterback is carrying more confidence into the wild-card round.
Running Backs: Charcandrick West, Kansas City Chiefs ($6,400); Alfred Morris, Washington Redskins ($5,500)
West has a decent, but not great matchup against a Texans defense that gave up 99.8 rushing yards per game and 4 yards per attempt during the regular season. West played pretty well in the final quarter of the season with a 4.26 yards per carry average.
Morris has a much better matchup against a Packers defense that’s given up 4.5 yards per rush attempt, the second-most of any playoff team. Green Bay also allowed 119.1 rushing yards per game.
Wide Receivers: Antonio Brown, Pittsburgh Steelers ($9,500); Markus Wheaton, Pittsburgh Steelers ($5,900); Jeremy Maclin, Kansas City Chiefs ($7,200)
Brown has been the best wide receiver in the league this season and is a near-lock to play at a high level this weekend. He had at least six receptions and 10 targets in two games versus Cincinnati, in addition to a total of eight 100-yard games.
Wheaton might receive a lot of 1-on-1 coverage with the Bengals defense likely to focus on Brown and Martavis Bryant in pass coverage. It’s also worth noting he ended the season with a touchdown reception in four of his last six games.
Maclin ended the regular season with touchdowns in three straight games and a total of six scores in his last six games. He also averaged nearly seven receptions per game in that span. Chiefs quarterback Alex Smith trusts him and often looks his way when KC is in a tough spot.
Tight End: Heath Miller, Pittsburgh Steelers ($5,600)
Miller caught at least 10 passes and was targeted at least 10 times in each of the Steelers’ two games against the Bengals. He also totaled 171 receiving yards in those games.
Kicker: Blair Walsh, Minnesota Vikings ($4,700)
Walsh averages the second-most FanDuel fantasy points among the eight kickers available for this weekend, but he’s the just the fifth-most expensive.
Defense: Seattle Seahawks ($5,100)
The Seahawks are the best team to stop Vikings running back Adrian Peterson because they gave up the fewest rushing yards per game and the fourth-fewest rushing yards per attempt this season. If they are able to contain AP, shutting down Vikings quarterback Teddy Bridgewater shouldn’t be much of a problem. Bridgewater threw just 14 touchdown passes and turned the ball over 14 times (nine interceptions, five fumbles).
