David Booth, Panthers Host South Florida Mite Brawlers for 'Root Beer Summit'A week ago, 6-year-old hockey players J.J. Mazza and Etnie Rosenbaum were YouTube wonders after their on-ice brouhaha was captured by Mazza’s parents.

The South Florida teammates dropped the mitts — like any hockey player would do — following a late hit by Rosenbaum. That tussle prompted the Florida Panthers’ David Booth to step in and host a “Root Beer Summit.”

The two made amends and even scored some free root beer and an autograph. How many of Barack Obama‘s “Beer Summit” guests can say they got an autographed Obama card?

Booth has one career NHL fight, and it happened this season when he threw down with Philadelphia’ Mike Richards — but rightfully so.

What’s wrong with paddy cake-playing gerbils? I’d watch that any day of the week.

the fans for not watching the whinny little girls play paddy cake on the
