Bruins Prepare to Play Exhibition Game in Belfast The Bruins have traveled 3,000 miles to Belfast, but their determination looks the same as it does in Boston.

The B's will face the Belfast Giants Selects in an exhibition game on Saturday, Oct. 2 at 2 p.m. ET.

The game gives Bruins players, especially new ones like second-overall pick Tyler Seguin, a chance to play outside their element.

Long trips like this one can often be a beneficial team-building tool. The B's hope they can play well together and gain some confidence heading into the regular season.
