As the trade rumors swirl about which NBA team will land Anthony next, the forward emphasizes that his ultimate decision has nothing to do with his wife, who lives and works in New York City.
“LaLa has nothing to do with anything,” Anthony said recently. “Whatever is my decision, she is going to support me. She has nothing to do with me staying or leaving. Nothing. So please keep her out of it. Thank you.”
Current trade rumors suspect that Anthony will be playing with the New Jersey Nets before the season ends, but the New York Knicks are also a contender in this heated trade race.
Through their busy schedules, the couple finds time to visit and spend time with one another. Vazquez is a regular on the sidelines of Carmelo’s games, often seen with their 3-year-old son, Kiyan.
