Jim Harbaugh May Be Leading 49ers Back to Glory Days of Bill Walsh Era
The San Francisco 49ers went 78-114 from 1999 to 2010, lowlighted by a miserable 2-14 campaign in 2004.

This season, they’ve almost turned that low point completely around, going 13-3 and earning a first-round bye in the playoffs.

They certainly have a tall task ahead of them, with the high-flying New Orleans Saints visiting town this weekend, but if coach Jim Harbaugh can lead his team to a couple of victories this month, he could be on his way to being considered the new Bill Walsh.

Will O’Toole shows the comparison in the cartoon above.
