Rob Gronkowski is known for many things, including his size, his skill at getting into the end zone and his command of the Spanish language

But thanks to a charity event, Gronk may now be known just as easily for his newly shaved head.

As part of One Mission's Buzz for Kids, Gronkowski volunteered to have his head shaved Sunday morning at Gillette Stadium, according to the Boston Herald. The event, which saw roughly 450 people go under the razor, raised more than $500,000 to fund cancer research and help families deal with pediatric cancer diagnoses.

The Patriots tight end noted that he hasn't had a shaved head for two years, but going bald was more than worth it.

"It's a great foundation," Gronkowski said. "The least is buzzing off my hair — that's all I can do to help out. That's no problem. That's easy to do."

Take a look at Gronkowski losing his locks.
