That certainly didn’t take long.
On the same day Tim Tebow is set to begin work with the New York Mets, you now can conveniently buy Tebow (baseball) gear on both the Major League Baseball and team websites.
So far, it’s a pretty limited collection — just a handful of shirts and jerseys — but we imagine that could grow and grow rather quickly, especially if the former Heisman Trophy-winning football player has any sort of success as a baseball player.
And while we don’t know if Tebow will ever sniff the majors — there’s certainly plenty of evidence to bet against that happening — crazed Mets and/or Tebow supporters can drop $119.99 on a jersey that the quarterback-turned-outfielder might never wear.
