Poor Mr. Gillespie.
There are a lot of ways to get back at your teacher, many of which are ill-advised when you consider the potential consequences. But one student decided that crossing up his teacher in front of a gym full of his classmates was the way to go. And it was glorious, albeit painful for the teacher.

The teacher — Mr. Gillespie, if the caption is accurate — had to be helped off the court. The student — Dane, according to the caption — appears to have literally dislocated the man’s knee.
There’s no doubt this crossover will go well beyond the basketball court and be talked about in the school hallways for years to come. Let’s just hope for Dane’s sake that Mr. Gillespie is a good sport. Otherwise, he might be the one telling his own story in the same grade for the foreseeable future.
