Patrick O’Sullivan, Oilers Clip Maple Leafs 3-1

EDMONTON, Alberta – Patrick O'Sullivan scored two power-play goals, and Jeff Deslauriers made 27 saves to help the Edmonton Oilers snap a seven-game losing streak with a 3-1 victory over the Toronto Maple Leafs on Wednesday night.

Gilbert Brule opened the scoring with 53 seconds left in the first period, and O'Sullivan connected with man advantages at 10:05 of the second and 2:34 of the third.

Phil Kessel spoiled Deslauriers' shutout bid with 4 minutes left in the third, scoring a power-play goal. Vesa Toskala made 20 saves for the Maple Leafs.
