Where has Tiger Woods been hiding out this whole time? Benoit Denizet-Lewis, author of America Anonymous: Eight Addicts in Search of a Life, thinks he knows.
The PGA superstar has allegedly been spending time at a sex rehabilitation clinic in Mississippi, according to a report on ESPN.com.
Denizet-Lewis, who has written for the New York Times Magazine and other publications, broke the news on his personal blog on Monday. The author said he himself spent time at a health and addiction rehab clinic in Hattiesburg years ago while writing his book.
Radar Online and Jackson, Miss., television stations WJTV and WLBT corroborated the news last week. Sources told those outlets that Woods is at the Hattiesburg clinic, but the clinic has not confirmed the news.
Denizet-Lewis reported that treatment at the clinic includes group therapy, family therapy and couples therapy, insinuating that Woods' wife, Elin, may be a part of her estranged husband's recovery efforts.
