It's not easy to rack up penalty minutes as a goaltender, but you can always count on the Bruins for a few good goalie scrums.

Tim Thomas' recent scrap with Carey Price sparked Friday's The Four's Question of the Day, which asked which Bruins goaltender holds the franchise record for the most career penalty minutes.

While Thomas only has 39 PIMs to his name, there is one Bruins netminder who collected quite a few in his career. Gerry Cheevers played 12 seasons in Boston, racking up 219 minutes from his start in 1965, to his retirement in 1980.

Former Bruins' tough guy, and current NESN analyst Mike Milbury ranks second among Bruins' skaters in penalty minutes, as he earned a whopping 1,552 penalty minutes during his brawling days with the B's.

Thanks for playing the Four's Trivia Question of the Day. Look for the trivia question on NESN.com before every Bruins home game.
