Joe Andruzzi last played for the Patriots seven years ago, but his impact on the team continues to be felt.

On Monday, Patriots players past and present showed up at the fourth annual Joe Andruzzi and Friends Golf Tournament to raise money for cancer research — and to have a good time.

Andruzzi, a cancer survivor himself, founded the Joe Andruzzi Foundation in 2008 with his wife, Jen Andruzzi, to help cancer patients and their families.

With some help from Rob Gronkowski, comedian Lenny Clark and others, the event raised over $150,000 for pediatric cancer research.
