Most wide receivers would have a hard time buying a catch against Cleveland Browns cornerback Joe Haden.
But when it comes to his fans, Haden spares no expense.
Haden met a Browns fan at a Cleveland-area sporting good store on Tuesday afternoon and after chatting with the fan, he even decided to buy him an official No. 23 Haden jersey.
Bradley Morrison — a student at Notre Dame College in Ohio, according to his Twitter profile — was in a Finish Line store on Tuesday looking to buy a Haden jersey when the shutdown cornerback waltzed in for the surprise of a lifetime.
After buying Morrison the jersey, Haden apparently also signed the jersey for the Browns diehard.
It’s always great to hear stories about athletes doing random acts of kindness, and even in a small act like this Haden epitomized the type of care and kindness fans hope for from their idols.
Check out the photo of Morrison with Haden, and another of him donning his new jersey below.
