Braves Fan Tumbles Over Railing In Attempt To Get Foul Ball (Video)

As we’ve seen in the past, fans will go to great lengths to get their hands on a foul ball at a Major League Baseball game.

Saturday’s contest between the Atlanta Braves and Arizona Diamondbacks was certainly no exception.

With the Braves leading 10-4 in the ninth inning, Diamondbacks batter Didi Gregorious smacked a line drive into the left field seats that bounced into the aisle of the stands.

One intrepid Braves fan saw the ball rolling free in the aisle and a railing looming in his way. He didn’t let that stop him.

The fan claimed his prize, but not before taking a nasty tumble over the railing and nearly landing directly on his head.

As far as we know, only the man’s pride was injured on the play. He did manage to come away with the foul ball, though, and enjoyed Atlanta’s 10-4 win in the process.

At the very least, you’ve got to respect the hustle.
