Former MLB Pitcher Chris Carpenter Selling Palm Beach Home For $675K (Photos)

World Series-winning pitcher Chris Carpenter is selling his Palm Beach, Fla., home, and you might actually be able to afford it.

The Exeter, N.H., native listed the four-bedroom, 4.5-bath home for $625,000 on Tuesday, and it’s a pretty nice place for the asking price.

The home is located in the BallenIsles Country Club community, which is home to some of the most famous golf courses in Florida. It also boasts luxury homes and celebrity residents, such as tennis stars Venus and Serena Williams.

Carpenter was a starting pitcher for the Toronto Blue Jays before moving to St. Louis, where he finished his 15-year MLB career in 2012. In addition to winning the World Series in 2006 and 2011, he’s also a three-time All-Star and was the 2005 National League Cy Young Award winner.
