Jose Aldo does not like it when you touch his title belt.
The UFC featherweight champion was in Conor McGregor’s native Dublin on Thursday for their UFC 189 world tour, when Aldo declared himself “the king” of the Irish capital. McGregor obviously didn’t take too kindly to that comment, so he swiped Aldo’s belt off the table in front of him.
That was where the Brazilian fighter drew the line, apparently, and he jumped up and tried to go after McGregor before UFC president Dana White separated the two.
Aldo and McGregor have been jawing at each other throughout the world tour, so the July 11 title fight at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas certainly should be one to watch.
