The NFL media can be ruthless when it comes to criticizing the league’s biggest stars. But even the snarkiest columnist has nothing on one elementary school student.
This certain student hails from Charlottesville, Va., and is a big Carolina Panthers fan. Yet the intrepid young reporter isn’t too happy about his team’s lack of success, and in a piece published in his school’s newspaper, he identified the main culprit: quarterback Cam Newton.

That’s gotta hurt.
Not only did the kid explicitly state that Newton is the reason why Carolina “never seems to win,” this dispenser of hot takes suggested that maybe Newton try running back, so as to not screw things up for everyone else.
Of course, this isn’t the first time the Panthers QB has been burned by a kid who hasn’t hit puberty yet.
He’s just warming up his arm.
