The Flyin’ Hawaiian is ready to soar, and he has company.

After playing just 30 games in 2014, Boston Red Sox outfielder Shane Victorino is healthy and hoping to make his mark in 2015. He’s not the only outfielder champing at the bit, however, as 22-year-old Mookie Betts has impressed so far in Red Sox spring training.

NESN’s new feature, “Red Sox All-Access,” went behind the scenes with Victorino and caught the wily veteran dishing out some compliments and advice to the young buck during a batting practice session at JetBlue Park in Fort Myers, Fla.

Check it out in the video below, and make sure to catch full episodes of “Red Sox All-Access” during the first week of Boston’s regular season.
