Rob Gronkowski Sets Patriots, NFL Records With Eighth Postseason TD (Video)

FOXBORO, Mass. — Rob Gronkowski didn’t just help out the New England Patriots on Saturday night. He also made some history himself.

The Patriots tight end scored a second touchdown midway through the third quarter of his team’s AFC Divisional Playoff against the Kansas City Chiefs at Gillette Stadium to put New England up 21-6. It was the eighth postseason receiving touchdown of Gronk’s career, giving him the most all time among tight ends and the most in Patriots history.

Quarterback Tom Brady made it possible with a nifty little pump fake, too.

Gronkowski scored his first touchdown of the game on the Patriots’ first drive to give them an early 7-0 lead.
