Whenever there is a microphone nearby, chances are Conor McGregor will have something entertaining to say. And that once again was the case Wednesday at UFC 196 open workouts.
Part of the fight week experience is getting to watch some of the best mixed martial artists in the world train ahead of their big pay-per-view bouts. So, with UFC 196 set for Saturday in Las Vegas, McGregor and his welterweight opponent, Nate Diaz, both showed the fans some of their moves Wednesday.
But, as usually is the case, the real news came afterward when McGregor used some NSFW language in his post-workout media scrum.
McGregor and Diaz weren’t alone, though, as women’s bantamweight champion Holly Holm and her opponent, Miesha Tate, also took the mat for some workouts and dancing.
