The 2016 NFL Draft has provided some crazy trades and rumors over the last few months, but we’re only hours away from actual first-round picks being made at Auditorium Theatre in Chicago on Thursday night.
Of course, many of the rumors on draft night are smokescreens set by teams in order to fool rival clubs, but there are several quality quarterbacks and game-changing players at the skill positions in this class, so it’s certainly possible we could see even more movement throughout Round 1.
Keep it right here for all the latest trade rumors, draft pick rumors and other buzz throughout Round 1.

10:28 p.m.: Another trade!

— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) April 29, 2016
The #Redskins trade back with… the #Texans, who perhaps thought someone was gonna trade with the Skins at 21. A WR?
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) April 29, 2016
10:14 p.m.: Will the Buffalo Bills beat the New York Jets to Lynch?
The #Bills will strongly consider Paxton Lynch at No. 19. This was the sweet spot for him. Stay tuned…
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) April 29, 2016
10:05 p.m.: For Memphis quarterback Paxton Lynch, perhaps?
Source: The #Jets are trying to trade up. Hmmm….
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) April 29, 2016
9:15 p.m.: The Baltimore Ravens selected Notre Dame offensive tackle Ronnie Stanley instead.
Just informed the Baltimore Ravens would've taken Laremy Tunsil but the video scared them off.
— Tony Pauline (@TonyPauline) April 29, 2016
9:10 p.m.: Another trade! The Chicago Bears move to No. 9, while the Tampa Bay Buccaneers go to No. 11.

— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) April 29, 2016
9:00 p.m.: We have a trade!
Breaking News: The #Browns have traded the 8th overall pick to the Tennessee Titans.
— ESPN Cleveland (@ESPNCleveland) April 29, 2016
8:56 p.m.: Ole Miss left tackle Laremy Tunsil was expected to be a top five pick not too long ago.
#OM OT Laremy Tunsil has slipped at least to 7. The video did not help. His agent has been calling teams saying that's not who he is
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) April 29, 2016
8:25 p.m.: The suspense is building.
The #Chargers are now on the clock, and their phones are not ringing. Looks like they'll pick No. 3. Prepare for a surprise.
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) April 29, 2016
8:15 p.m.: Here are some more tidbits.
Worth noting: Chargers owner Dean Spanos called Urban Meyer to talk Joey Bosa on Monday night, per source. They talked for over an hour.
— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) April 29, 2016

— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) April 28, 2016
5:55 p.m.: The Denver Broncos are another team that could use a potential franchise quarterback, but will they find one in the late first round?
Just bc the Broncos like Paxton Lynch doesn’t mean they’ll take him or trade up for him. They'll take best available & not think twice.
— James Palmer (@JamesPalmerTV) April 28, 2016
5:45 p.m.: The Dallas Cowboys seem to have narrowed their choices at No. 4 to a pair of players.

— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) April 28, 2016
5:35 p.m.: What should the Philadelphia Eagles do with veteran quarterback Sam Bradford?
At this point the way to look at Bradford trade is: you either keep him or save 11M and get a draft pick(s).

5:10 p.m.: The San Francisco 49ers need a quarterback.
Things that make you go hmmm: #49ers had no contact with QB Paxton Lynch predraft. But… Chip Kelly confidante Dana Bible was at his Pro Day
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) April 28, 2016
4:45 p.m.: Well, the Browns certainly could use help at wide receiver.
If the #Browns move back from No. 8, the thinking is they take a top WR. #OleMiss WR Laquon Treadwell is a player they'll look hard at.
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) April 28, 2016
4:35 p.m. ET: Let’s start with some tidbits from ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
