The former Cleveland Browns quarterback is putting his Avon, Ohio home on the market, and unlike many athlete homes, it’s selling for well under seven figures at $489,900.
Manziel moved into the house in 2015, according to Cleveland.com, and it was his residence for his tumultuous final season with the Browns. But the former Texas A&M quarterback doesn’t have much reason to stick around Ohio now after he was released.
The house has three bedrooms, four total bathrooms and a scenic golf-course view.
