The Aqib Talib situation keeps getting weirder.
Talib was shot in the leg in the early hours of Sunday morning, but it was unclear as of Monday afternoon who shot the Denver Broncos cornerback or where the shooting took place.
The shooting originally was believed to have occurred at a Dallas strip club, where two other men also were shot, but Talib’s reported exchange with police casts doubt over that fact and makes the entire incident even more difficult to figure out.
Aqib Talib told DPD he was at a park when he was shot. "Everything was a blur & I was too intoxicated to remember what happened."

Talib required only stitches for his wound, as the bullet entered and exited his leg without hitting any arteries or ligaments. In that sense, Talib is a lucky man, even if the incident forced him to miss the Broncos’ trip to the White House for winning Super Bowl 50.
Some have speculated that Talib shot himself, as a source with knowledge of the situation told ProFootballTalk on Sunday that the Broncos were exploring that possibility. Either way, Talib must have been really, really, really drunk if he doesn’t remember what happened.
Or perhaps he just doesn’t want to remember.
