Raiders Roll Dice With Two-Point Conversion, Convert It To Beat Saints

Just win, baby.

Late Oakland Raiders owner Al Davis probably was smiling from heaven Sunday while watching the team he founded win after making a bold call in the final minute of the game.

After scoring a late touchdown to pull within one against the New Orleans Saints, Raiders coach Jack del Rio made a very bold move to go for the two-point conversion and the win rather than tie the game with an extra point.

The move paid off as Raiders quarterback Derek Carr connected with wide receiver Michael Crabtree on a perfect back-shoulder throw.

Oakland earned a 35-34 win after New Orleans missed a 61-yard field goal attempt as time expired.
