Stop the presses, people: An American citizen voted in the 2016 presidential election.
Pretty crazy, right?
New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady cast his ballot Monday morning, a few hours after appearing on WEEI’s “Kirk and Callahan” and saying he hadn’t yet cast a ballot.
Brookline officials confirmed to NECN that Brady did in fact vote via absentee ballot. Per state law, officials are allowed to disclose whether someone voted, but not the contents of their ballot.

During the WEEI interview, Brady said he would reveal who he voted for after the election. At a Manchester, New Hampshire, rally Monday night, Republican nominee Donald Trump revealed that Brady called him to say he’d voted for him.
